Our family at Viking Hunter kennels are CKC reg'd Karelian Bear Dogs! Bred from proven working lines with many GRCH show individuals and Champion Hunters in their ancestry! All of our sires and dams are proven working dogs before they enter our breeding program. Our breeding program contains only purebred High Quality KBDs, registered with the Canadian Kennel Club and/or the Dansk Kennel Klub or Swedish Kennel Club
Our family of guides include our Karelian Bear Dogs picked from our kennel. We are not only professional bear hunters we are professional breeders training KBD’s for bear hunting as well. When the track gets tough the dogs can’t get enough. Our dogs are only used during the tracking of wounded animals, not to actively pursue, chase or hunt!
